Jui Ranade is a cross-functional healthcare and governance leader with a 20-year career uniquely bridging 15 years of large-scale social development program implementation with 5 years of advanced enterprise risk operationalization. As an accomplished professional she champions bridging the gap between legal intricacies and modern data challenges.

With a deep foundational background in public health and social development, she has directed multi-million-dollar grassroots health and advocacy interventions for domestic and international organizations such as the Americares India Foundation and the British Council. Throughout her career, she has cultivated extensive experience in managing high-profile stakeholder engagements and deriving strategic partnerships to drive impactful programmatic outcomes. Today, she uniquely augments her public health foundation with specialized expertise in ethical AI and data privacy. As a Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and an internationally certified privacy expert, she focuses on safeguarding personal data by ensuring that enterprise data frameworks and workflows are secure, clear, and legally compliant.

With over 15 years of distinguished experience in the banking and financial services sector, she brings a wealth of expertise spanning branch leadership, business management, client relationships, operations, and controlling office functions. Having served in senior responsibilities including Branch Head and roles within controlling offices, she has developed a strong understanding of financial management, business strategy, governance, risk awareness, and stakeholder management. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Horticulture, complementing her extensive financial-sector experience with a strong academic foundation in horticulture and allied agricultural practices. This distinctive blend of financial expertise and knowledge of the agri-horticulture sector enables her to offer a multidimensional perspective to consulting, business development, financial advisory, and emerging agri-business opportunities. As a Partner of the LLP, she brings strategic insight, professional experience, and a growth-oriented approach to building sustainable enterprises and creating long-term value for clients, partners, and stakeholders.
